We are based in Liverpool and operate in the Merseyside and surrounding areas including, Warrington, St. Helens and the Wirral etc. We also have a building division to carry out any repairs / remedial works.

Free Timber and Damp Reports

Most mortgage companies automatically insist on a timber and damp course report. These can be included FREE if requested to accompany our structural report.

Remedial work undertaken

We can provide estimates for any remedial work found to be neccessary during the survey if requested. These repairs will be undertaken by our skilled tradesmen and overseen by our surveyors / engineers.
